In Bucuresti este greu sa gasesti o pizza vegetariana cu gust, si chiar daca nu sunt un mare bucatar, fara falsa modestie spun ca cea mai buna pizza vegetariana pe care am mancat-o la noi a fost cea scoasa din cuptorul meu.
Cand vine vorba de Italia, insa, eeee, asta e alta poveste. Acolo totul inseamna magie. Cu cateva ingrediente simple si proaspete, italienii obtin o minunatie – de la blatul perfect pana la gustul echilibrat, care vine, bineinteles, din calitatea ingredientelor. Pizza este o mancare simpla, si trebuie pastrata ca atare, fara blaturi cu branza, fara blaturi super-pufoase, fara combinatii exquisite.

Ingrediente pentru Mini Pizza Vegetariana ca in Sicilia
Pentru Aluatul de Pizza
1 cana de apa calduta
jumatate de pachetel de drojdie vie (nu din cea uscata)
2 lingurite de sare de mare, sau sare Himalaya roz
2 cani si jumatate de faina integrala de grau
2 linguri de ulei de masline extravirgin
Pentru Sosul de Rosii
1 lingura de ulei de masline extravirgin
1 ceapa, taiata marunt
1 catel mare de usturoi maruntit
2 linguri de capere
un praf de chilli
oregano proaspat sau uscat (eu am un buchet uscat adus din Sicilia, din care folosesc de un an, si care inca da o aroma incredibila mancarii)
sare si piper proaspat macinat
Pentru Topping
4 cartofi noi fierti
1 conserva de inimi de anghinare (se gaseste la supermarket)
100 grame de masline Kalamata (daca vrei masline mai putin sarate, gasesti la magazinul cu produse grecesti din Piata Floreasca)
1 dovlecel proaspat, taiat felii subtiri, marinat in lamaie si tras la gratar
1 vanata taiata felii subtiri, si pregatita la gratar
4 ciuperci portobello, taiate in sferturi
1/4 bulb de fenicul, taiat felii
300 grame de rosii cherry
2 cepe de primavara, taiate in doua
jumatatea inflorescentei unui broccoli mic
100 de grame de branza de capra
sare si piper proaspat macinat
ruccola proaspata, pe care o adaugi dupa ce ai scos pizza din cuptor
